Cake Rusk is the Indian version of Italian biscotti and is prepared much the same way. First, the batter is hand-blended with love and then placed in an oven. It is baked twice to give it its unique dry texture that goes well with all types of teas and coffee.
Each pack contains 18 whole pieces of sugar-free cake rusk, baked to crisp perfection.
